The pop-up façade uses leather texture to create a rather wintery puffy padded effect, crafting a modern new world.
Inside, an art installation jointly created by Creative Director Matthew M. Williams and British artist Ewan Macfarlane is specially displayed; Macfarlane's human sculptures twist at angles echoing visitors' positions, meant to awaken viewers' primal pursuit of self-expression and state that the goals and experiences we choose eventually forge the true self. This art installation also shows Williams's experimental creative style through contrast of classicism and avant-garde, combining functionality and refinement.
This pop-up is a perfect collision of architectural design, fashion, futurism, music, art, and culture, and a mutual fusion of the brand's long haute couture culture with contemporary pioneer spirit. Encounter all-new works by Creative Director Matthew M. Williams in the color space, and feel Givenchy's distinctive all-new era.
