As China's Qixi Valentine's Day 2020 approached, DIOR passionately presented the all-new #DIORAMOUR# limited series. On July 28, a Dior limited boutique appeared at Nanjing Deji Plaza; the DIORAMOUR limited series debuted in parallel, with actors Han Geng and Celina Jade attending.
It is said founder Christian Dior loved naming haute couture gowns with “love,” continuously composing love's praise and interpreting the theme Dior has steadfastly held since founding.
Now, to inherit this classic theme, Dior Women's Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri created the all-new DIORAMOUR limited series as a tribute to Chinese Valentine's Day, saluting rich diverse world cultures with a declaration of love.
Inside the limited store, “I LOVE YOU” appears in multiple languages, graffiti-like accents on classic LADY D-LITE and BOOK TOTE bags, and finishing touches on D-CONNECT sneakers, scarves, and sailor-stripe tops. Beyond original patterns, DIORAMOUR also cleverly uses two brand signature elements—red and polka dots—to reshape classic Dior bags, selected ready-to-wear, lingerie, fashion jewelry, and refined card holders.
