Three zones—shower, soak and scrub—are large interactive installs. Guests get a free “bathhouse trio” (wristband, bangs sticker, sponge); finish all three to draw limited merch in the lounge. Unlike brands that label customers, five-year-old Tai Er’s bathhouse calls people to wash off outer labels and be themselves—a playful pop-up that subtracts social weight for youth.
