Vans Cultural Experience

On site, California Flying Rainbow and Modu Auspicious Dragon were the two major themes, bringing visual and sensory impact. Diversified scenes offered Vans fans “an art and culture journey across time and space.” After walking through the long-dragon time tunnel, you will see a wall called California Flying Rainbow (BLACK RAINBOWS). The first thing you see is Tony Alva's room from the 1970s—simple and plain, yet expressing an innocent era—reviewing the development history of the classic Era shoe. In the skateboard and contemporary youth culture—Modu Auspicious Dragon exhibition zone, Juergen Bluemlein, founder and curator of the Berlin Skateboard Museum, curated a track inspired by the form of a dragon, letting friends on site better experience the charm of skateboarding
